What happens to time and space when there are no parameters to measure them? What senses do we begin to mobilize to orient ourselves, and what dimension do we begin to walk through? In an exercise in speculative fiction, the imagination meets silhouettes and apparitions that reveal themselves in progressive shades of gray, and project a universe where perceptions are linked to space-time and influence what takes place there.
The images presented are layered, working on the distance between each of their plans. In the exhibition format, these layers are molded to the volume of the room and take shape in the different materials through which the image passes. From the glass of the frame, to the paper of the printed image, to the canvas, to the white of the wall that becomes yet another layer of mist, an «expanded photography» proposition takes shape, inviting the viewer to physically experience the installation.
